The retreat will take place at the beautiful Spa Village resort, Tembok Bali. Set by the ocean in a landscape of natural beauty, the secluded 5-star boutique resort is the ideal environment in which to throw off the cares and stresses of the world and succumb to a sanctuary dedicated to healing.
The world class Spa provides an extensive selection of natural treatments for you to enjoy, including massage, reflexology, facials, body wraps and more.
There will be daily yoga sessions where Maria will guide you to explore different yoga styles, customized for you, suitable for all levels.
We will dedicate 3-4 hour each day to Ascension practice, teaching and sharings - all relaxing and fun!
Plenty of time is also dedicated for you to rest, explore the nature, sunbath, enjoy your spa treatments, socialize or to practice even more Ascension.

Arrive anytime on Sunday at Denpasar International Airport in Bali. A chauffeur from the hotel will pick you up at the time of your arrival.
The retreat will officially start with a welcome meeting on Sunday afternoon followed by dinner, and finish after lunch on Saturday.
Your place will be secured when payment of the 700 AUD non-refundable deposit (1100 AUD for single room) has been received by the organisers.
Please be aware there are limited places so reserve your space as soon as possible.
The final payment must be paid before 30 September 2020. Please note that if you are paying with a different currency, conversion rates will be calculated at the time of payment.

Emma embarked on a journey of wellness and self discovery after she first stepped onto a yoga mat 11 years ago when pregnant with her first child. The experience of reconnecting body and mind left her with an incredible sense of peace and a curiosity to explore more. She qualified as a BWY certified yoga teacher in 2014 and specialised in teaching children. Emma is also a certified Ascension meditation teacher. After immersing herself in teacher training on a 6-month residency course with her family in 2014, she now focuses her time and attention on teaching others this simple but life-changing skill. She runs various courses and workshops locally and internationally and particularly loves witnessing the positive energy and transformation that comes from working with groups in a retreat environment. Emma’s down to earth nature keeps her classes fun and engaging. Her profound personal experiences continue to inspire her practice today and it’s this that drives her desire to share it with others.
In 2010 Maria discovered the profound effect of meditation and how simply changing the relationship to the mind, transformed her personal and business life. Inspired by the change within herself, she quit her 20 year financial career and dedicated her path towards facilitating transformations based on consciousness and self awareness.
Today Maria offers courses, programs and retreats supporting change in business leaders, professionals and other individuals throughout the world. She cooperates with international organizations and luxury spa resorts and recently started her own retreat center in Sweden. Maria is a certified Ishaya Ascension meditation teacher and has been teaching since 2012 in more than 10 countries. She has an extensive background as a well-established fitness instructor and holds certificates in several yoga disciplines.
